As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. The service you supply is very good apart from the private plates you have in the system which you have no control over. When you ring up the customers on my behalf to inquire about their plates and they are not for sale or some other problems. These should be taken off your system.

After finding the numbers I wanted through an easy search facility I made the call to place my order and the guy I spoke to was excellent and made the process of buying two plates easy. He was very knowledgeable and his customer interaction was great. Totally recommended
