Not only do I value the conversation I had with him, I greatly appreciate the service he is providing to me. The follow-up service is more than 5 stars. Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. The process of buying the number was smooth and efficient but it was not made clear that the £49.99 that was paid was not for national numbers to do the complete transfer.
