Good, quick, reliable service. Easy to follow instructions. Only reason not given 5 stars was the high administrative charge advertised for 'fast track' service with dvla. Which is free and takes seconds on the website (would have been annoyed if I had paid for this 'service')

Having never been in a position to own a personalised registration, I was looking for advice and guidance on the whole process. Dan was brilliant. Polite, patient and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. From beginning to end, Dan ensured that the whole process was smooth and seamless. Great communication. National Numbers were simply great. They contacted me having found the exact number I was searching for on behalf of my mum and having explained that my mum had a limited budget they lowered their initial price so that she could afford it, which she did. Brilliant.

Bid managed by Eric who kept his eye on the ball all the way and landed what we wanted. Gave valuable insight to the process at the beginning , easy to then understand what would happen.

Good service from National Numbers. The only thing I didn't like was the option for number plates. You must purchase your plates from them whereas I would have rather purchased them locally with flag and stuff on them.

Buying a number plate for the first time can be daunting but I was contacted at every chance of any updates. Made it such an easy and worry free process! Could not recommend enough.
