This is the second time I've used National Numbers to buy a car registration plate, and nothing has changed since I bought my last one 5 years ago. The process is so simple, and at a great price! All sorted in a matter of days with no hassle whatsoever. In fact so simple I ended up buying all 3 that I was enquirying about :- MA17 UTB ( favourite football team ) JC17SON ( son's name ) SA17DAL ( local rugby team ) The only headache I've got now, is deciding which one to put on my new car.

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. The process of buying the number was smooth and efficient but it was not made clear that the £49.99 that was paid was not for national numbers to do the complete transfer.

I was so frustrated to find so called cheaper companies added on charges on the last page once you had spent time with the online order. I hate this practice so it was so good to deal with honest people who kept me in the loop either by phone or e-mail every step of the way. My plates arrived very quickly but I have to wait now for the good old DVLA to send me a new tax disc and V5. Cool plate though for me, a photographer - P1 XCB

10/10 can't fault and I very rarely score top marks. Just can't fault this company. Goods delivered as promised, even on a Saturday. Arrived in perfect condition exactly as ordered.
