NN approached me to see if I was still willing to sell the plate, that I had bought ages back with two others and did not really need so had put up for sale. As no one had come forward I thought I would use it, so I had, only a few months ago, put this on a vehicle. Nevertheless I was happy to sell at the price I had asked a year ago. So from that point of agreement to sell, it was straight forward. As stated within 2-3 weeks, timing reliant on the DVLA turning round the paperwork (and the DVLA being busy around 1st March with new registrations I guess) and issuing the replacement V5c, I have now received payment and I am a satisfied customer!

When I received an offer for my plate from a National Numbers buyer, I was sceptical. I listened to the agent who explained the process and then I researched before taking what seemed to me as 'a leap of faith' with sending off my retention documents and a power of attorney for the plate. My plate took a while to sell, but once a buyer was found the sale went through quickly. We were kept informed by telephone of the status of the sale, and as promised the money was paid in to our bank account on completion. All we had to do was fill in a couple of forms and post them back and everything else was taken care of professionally by National Numbers
