Received a decent service and got my plate at a decent price too. Not an excellent rating as responses to e-mails at the beginning and mid point through the process were slow - at times I thought my messages had been lost in cyber space! Got there in the end. I will recommend to others on the proviso that comms. aren't the best.

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. Great company to deal with, I needed to call the admin team and was promptly dealt with by Debs what a lovely lady. She was very knowledgeable which resulted in me getting my new number plate transfer the same day. Thank you all concerned.

Although I was unable to finalise the registration online, I received an old school type of support from Paul who guided me through the different steps and we got it all sorted. DVLA documents followed swiftly and the online transfer was super easy. So all well worth it!
