I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! I asked National Numbers to find a specific number plate for me (precise combination of letters and numbers relating to the year my wife and I married and our initials) National Numbers found the plate, got it for me at a reasonable price and handled the transfer smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will use them as my first choice when buying or selling a plate in future.
