The e mail I was sent indicated I would receive mail with a return envelope to return the log book for current registered car, however I received e mail few days later stating I could attach a photo of log book, which I then did and progressed my purchase. New log book received few days later.

Really amazing experience from National Numbers. Very reliable and helpful team. The website was very user friendly and provided the best numbers available you desire for. Even though I didn't get the original number I wanted, It provided me with so many choices I selected the closest one. Well worth the money and finance option is also available at 0%. A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will use them as my first choice when buying or selling a plate in future.
