The company represented me this week at the auctions and rang me during the live bid to advise me throughout the bidding. Thankfully after their guidance they secured my plate for me against a lot of competition. I cannot thank Jill enough for her help during the live bid. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a number plate as they give you honest advice as they are an established company who look after their customers from start to finish. After having a bad experience with another number plate company I was very careful who I put my trust in, but hand on heart my confidence was restored after speaking to such a wonderful owner and all his staff. Felt this company was the right place to choose my number plate. Scored high on many reviews and being careful whom I give custom to felt things were done to high standard apart from one wee incident costing me for postage however give this company its credit they are refunding this error made by the company that sends it mail. Number plates arrived Fast was impressed by the speed wish all companies were this fast. Purchased 24 December on the festive start of December plates arrived 3rd January then the documents arrived but sadly I had to collect this as postage was needed before greedy Royal mail would part with it. This is refunded to me thank you for this. First customer call waS not best but when I phoned back days after Liam was a big help. This company has certainly made itself as a company of trust and confidence on me I shall be buying my daughters plate from here too when I buy her new car for her 18th next year. Can't fault national numbers they admitted a mistake and compensated me very quick to send all the goodies and transfer was immediate on dvla thanks plate really does my car further justice has had a few headturns today.

I contacted national numbers initially out of curiosity through an app on my phone to get my personalised vehicle registration plate valued back in late March early April and after a few days I got an email to contact their valuation phoneline and was quoted £1250 for a plate I purchased on a car for total of £1750 back in December 2017. Unfortunately the car was involved in an accident in May this year and the engine blew and so was unable to be driven and was SORN sitting on my friends drive so I had previously asked national numbers to advertise the plate as potentially for sale which is a service they offer and should they have interest they contact you with an offer from their client and in late July I was asked the lowest I would accept for my plate and after a little negotiation we settled on £1000 all fees to be paid by their client and once the transfer was completed I would receive my money. They were very helpful, courteous and relatively fast with all the details and documents but without an ounce of pressure to sell my plate. I sent the documents back and was told approx 2-3 weeks depending on DVLA workload and even so two weeks to the day I posted my documents off to them the money was transfered same day they received confirmation of the transfer of ownership the money was deposited in my account in minutes. Top Class Company, First Class employees with a professional Business acumen and absolutely NO Pressure and hassle free pleasurable experience. I recommend this company if you want to sell or buy any personalised vehicle registration to everyone and anyone wishing for a breeze of a transaction with professional experienced people. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!
