I recently purchased a plate for my boyfriends birthday, staff went out of their way to help me do this as fast and as secretly as possible! There was 1 little hiccup, which meant I had to pay the invoice from SMA direct and not via National Numbers, but this was swiftly explained and true testament to any business is how a problem is overcome.
