Very quick service. Really happy

All went well and pleased with service received. However there were 2 times when their phone was not answered and no return call. All went well in the end but process unclear for a novice first timer.

Had an excellent experience using national numbers. Everything was explained on the website and straightforward. I liked the fact I could just leave it all down to them to do the transfer as it saved me time and the possibility of doing it wrong! Communication was good if abit slow via email however all my queries were answered cannot fault them and will and have already recommended!

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. Can't rate this company highly enough, found me my plate for over 2k cheaper than a rival company, friendly, helpful efficient staff, buy with confidence, you won't be disappointed ?

Throughout the whole process they kept me updated on what is happening. Regtransfer tried making me pay £3000 on a mark which they got for me for £1600. Just wanted to thank Chantelle, Phil and Jill for excellent support.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Fab service thank you NN and thank you Jill !!

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.
