I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! From initial contact regarding someone enquiring on my Reg national numbers dealt with the sale fast and guided me through the documents very easily I would higher recommend using them to find you a buyer for your Reg thanks guys ?

Good service all happened as it should, only down side was I ordered plates through them and the rear was the wrong size.

I was offered a good price for my Number plate and found the service good and fair, they paid the money agreed on time and all paper work was carried out with help and support.Great service and I would hope they sell my N8 WAT number as well.
