When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I contacted the site twice by email with no response to try and sort out this mistake and then someone phoned me and sorted it all out within a few minutes.

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. All went well and pleased with service received. However there were 2 times when their phone was not answered and no return call. All went well in the end but process unclear for a novice first timer.
