After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! "National Numbers is based in sunny Billingham in the North East of England. The staff all wear flat caps and have a passing interest in whippets! Quick and easy process to go through. Worth paying for fast track. I ordered my plate last Wednesday and just under a week later I receive an e-mail to tell me I can put it on my car. Very happy customer, would recommend.

Clear explanation of the process, reminders given when appropriate and fair estimate of what the cost of my target number plate would be. Can't really fins any area that could be improved.
