Certificate took almost 10 working days to arrive rather than the promised 7 working days, hence the four stars.

Recently got Paul to contact DVLA to enter a number into the July auction which I eventually won after other bidding.Now just waiting for paperwork to arrive from DVLA and new number onto my car.Excellent service from start to finish,will highly recommend.
