Sales were very helpful ensuring the number I wanted was still for sale by the vendor. (Not the case with a competitor on the first cherished number I wanted). They kept me informed right the way through having explained what I needed to do and send, then what they would do and how. Administration team first class again keeping me informed and processing everything very quickly and efficiently. Recommend them to anyone.

In a transaction where buyer/seller and intermediary never meet TRUST is an essential ingredient, and from the outset I felt confident that my sale was being professionally handled, and whoever I spoke to knew exactly what was happening and where we were in the process. A very professional, efficient and friendly service with good prices to match. Everything came through very quickly and my new reg was on my car far quicker than expected. My only disappointment was the number plates that I ordered as an additional item were inferior to those offered by other websites. There was no option that I could see for different sizes (my car requires a larger sized plate at the back), so I had to purchase my plates again from another site for another £30.
