Pricing and process clearly explained at the outset. Craig phoned from the auction when my plate was under the hammer, as promised. Nice touch and could hear the actual auctioneer in the background. When I received an offer for my plate from a National Numbers buyer, I was sceptical. I listened to the agent who explained the process and then I researched before taking what seemed to me as 'a leap of faith' with sending off my retention documents and a power of attorney for the plate.
