I found the plate I wanted and due to not fault of theirs it turned out to not be available, a replacement was found and National numbers worked hard to secure it for me. This was the easiest transaction possible. I paid the amount plus the £80 which went to the licensing office in Swansea and when NN sent me the form all I had to do was put my old reg on the form and send it to Swansea. It is just as simple as that and I can't say anymore but thanks to NN for the professionalism and the guy on the phone stated it was as easy as this. He was right.
