I had a first rate experience with National Numbers. They kept me up to date whilst they tried to contact the previous owner of the plate and then the actual transfer was both quick and seamless.

I had scoured the internet and various Private Reg companies for over a year and have been looking for a plate that is not on the general market, After having been told by various companies and the DVLA that the plate must have been retired and is no longer available, I gave up my search. I stumbled across National Numbers and took a chance. I spoke with Marty who advised me that he should see no reason why this plate cannot be sought. We agreed the costs and process as this was my first time. A few weeks later, I was notified that that plate had become available! Marty explained the auction process again to me and we agreed my maximum bid both over the phone and written. Auction time - I got lucky - No one had bid for the plate except National Numbers and so I won the bid at the reserve price!! Now waiting on Admin to process the paperwork and release the documents to me! Thanks Marty and the the team at National Numbers!

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. Quick and easy process to go through. Worth paying for fast track. I ordered my plate last Wednesday and just under a week later I receive an e-mail to tell me I can put it on my car. Very happy customer, would recommend.
