First class service indeed

A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

I was given money to buy a private registration for my car, I thought this would be a long and difficult process. I found the one I wanted after eventually making up my mind from a few excellent plates. I dreaded what I had to do next, it was so easy I couldn?t believe it. In a few days I received the perfect number plates,I sent my V5 form away and was advised that I could now put them on my car. The only thing I had to do was inform my insurance and go to my usual garage. I am delighted and my car looks great.

I started my enquiry online and then shortly after I had a phone call to talk me through all my options. I had chosen my new number plate which came the next day which was great. 3 days later my certificate came and I could put my new number plate on. All in all it was great service from start to finish and the guy on the phone was a great help so 5 stars ?

A simple and straight forward procedure.paperwork arrived on time, still waiting for the plates.

They are pretty straight forward to deal with and sent the money through as promised once the reg was sold.

I was looking for a particular registration and from the first phone call to the final email the people at National Numbers were very helpful, gave me all the information I needed and explained the process of the purchase in detail. Thanks everyone!!
