While working away I was looking late last week for a private number plate and came across this company- previous used another company for three others that I have procured BUT cannot praise this company's service enough. Made three late night enquires - website easy to follow and clearly demonstrates the number plates with costs By the morning I had received a phone call but due to the fact I was on site I asked if they could email costs plus extras for me to review which they did. By lunchtime I spoke with a young girl called Clare and was sorted. Straight forward payment - plates- transfer... Made plates arrived next day few days later I received the cert to put on the new car. Clare was ?Brilliant? manner/explained and sorted. Telephone conversation- no pushy spell which I cannot stand Excellent service - Proactive- Straight to the point- Delivery cannot fault

Went smoothly definitely use again

The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.

Very easy to deal with and rapid service - we received our plates and documentation within a few days. One TINY gripe - the company name is printed on the plate, and is perhaps a little bolder and noticeable than I`d like.

After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! This is a company that puts the satisfaction of its customers FIRST. My purchase was not quite what I ordered but a quick phone call resulted in replacement plates arriving the next day. Very friendly to deal with and highly efficient.
