Had to deal with this transfer whilst abroad, but very clear documentation & helpful service at all times. Settlement very fast.

They are pretty straight forward to deal with and sent the money through as promised once the reg was sold.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! From start to finish National Numbers were just great. I had no experience in this kind of thing and they were able to advise and support me in getting the number plate I really wanted. Their prompt replies made life easy too. I highly recommend!
