Very clear instructions from Lenny and, despite me having issues with dvla getting my V5, processed the new plate immediately I received it. Great service thank you.

I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to. Very easy to find the number plate i needed,sent through as described,only disappoint was it was a surprise and the letter was sent to my husband so he knew about his surprise.

This was the easiest transaction possible. I paid the amount plus the £80 which went to the licensing office in Swansea and when NN sent me the form all I had to do was put my old reg on the form and send it to Swansea. It is just as simple as that and I can't say anymore but thanks to NN for the professionalism and the guy on the phone stated it was as easy as this. He was right. Thanks Now waiting on the right price/number for my second car
