After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! I spoke to Martin in first instance and he was very honest and straight forward with my purchase, when I paid the deposit. Secondly I also spoke to Stewart as Martin was busy and he to was very honest and I paid the balance of the monies for my purchase. The team members are very good as to what they do, and tells you exactly what you are paying for. Thank you all to the team.
