I bought my personal plate for my husbands birthday , ( in a few days ) . It was an easy procedure to purchase and received the plates within 5 days with the relevant documents .

This is the second time I have used N/N and as ever 1st class service, they make it so easy and there's no fuss. Very pleased ?

Having never been in a position to own a personalised registration, I was looking for advice and guidance on the whole process. Dan was brilliant. Polite, patient and informative. Dealt with Paul and he was extremely helpful and patient over quite a period of time as it has taken a while to source the correct plate. Everyone I dealt with were excellent and I was kept fully informed at every stage. A very happy daughter with her new number plate.

Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.

Our family have several cherished registrations but this was our first with National Numbers. You do hear horror stories about some dealers but they were great. Quick, responsive and helpful, particularly the admin team who had things sorted in no time at all. Buy with confidence..
