I have contacted many companies along side national numbers regarding several different plates. I instantly received a response to my enquirery unlike the other companies I contacted. From the minute I called, the sales person was on the phone to the seller of the registration straight away. Although there were difficulties from the seller of the registration I wanted, he straight away found me other alternatives and completed my transaction immediately. I was contacted frequently on updates of the process and the team were very friendly and attentive! 100% recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a new registration! Dealing with National Numbers was very enjoyable and I could not fault their customer service. They were not prepared to negotiate on my number but that was not a major problem. The website is very easy to use I chose a plate and purchased it. The day after I found another plate that I preferred and telephoned them to see if I could change my order, they said they would try and help me, and they did I now have the plate I wanted. I received the paperwork within a week. They also offer other services in helping you to transfer the plate and arrange for the numbers plates to be printed as optional. Their service warrants a 5 star rating.

When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I contacted the site twice by email with no response to try and sort out this mistake and then someone phoned me and sorted it all out within a few minutes.
