You contacted me after being given a price for a simlar no year Reg. Plate with another company. Their prices (£500 to £800 plus V.A. T. your offer around £130 no V.A.T.) Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

The whole process is simple and quick, also if you select the fast track service you can have your plate on your car the same day as they process it via DVLA. Worth the extra!
