I have contacted many companies along side national numbers regarding several different plates. I instantly received a response to my enquirery unlike the other companies I contacted. From the minute I called, the sales person was on the phone to the seller of the registration straight away. Although there were difficulties from the seller of the registration I wanted, he straight away found me other alternatives and completed my transaction immediately. I was contacted frequently on updates of the process and the team were very friendly and attentive! 100% recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a new registration! I had the added problem that I was buying the reg but not collecting my new to me but pre owned car for another couple of days. Gwen at new reg steered me through that and made it really easy for me. Paperwork, documents etc, everything sorted in a couple of days. Thanks John :-)

Good service, efficient.

They arranged for a number plate which hadn't ever been issued, they arranged the plate to go into auction, all be it 6 months later due to the dvla not entering it, the plate went to auction which they bidded on my behalf and we won it. They were very helpful and had good communication, thank you.
