Very pleased with the number plate, easy website to use and great finance options. Lack of communication and instruction after purchase. Found the plates outside my door when I arrived home with no warning. Would recommend but suggest aftersales improvement. Thanks.

I highly recommend National Numbers. Given all of the scams and tricksters that seem to be everywhere these days, National Numbers swim against the tide. I have used them for a number of purchases, including releasing numbers at DVLA and acting for me at auction. I found them to be extremely trustworthy, honest and reliable. Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

I've just bought a plate from National Numbers everything went really smooth from enquiry to completion. The service was excellent and the staff very helpful. My car now looks complete with my cherished plate. Thanks again to everyone at National Numbers. I would definitely recommend you.
