It would have been nice to have had the option to have a nice presentation certificate like some other companies do as it was purchased as a birthday gift

I first looked at the website to see if the number plate combination I wanted was avaialble. The system was easy to use and I had soon identified a suitable plate. As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. I've had the number plate on the website for a couple of years and had a couple of offers which I declined because I wasn't in a rush to sell it. I got a call on Friday 17th July from Liam with an offer. I wanted a little bit more so Liam negotiated with the buyer. The paperwork was completed online and the money was in my account by Monday 20th July so I'm very impressed with the service I was given.
