I was amazed that the process took just a few minutes and I got my log book and changed insurance within 3 days. The number plàtes I ordered from them never arrived but the money was refunded within 3 days.
For some time I had been looking for a personal plate for our son's wheelchair adapted car. Sadly, his degree of physical disability means he will never be able to drive himself, but at least with his initials on the registration plate he would feel that he "owned" his car. Finally, I found the perfect plate on Nationalnumbers website and they took care of everything - including attending to the necessary application to retain my personal plate that was already on the vehicle. That was above and beyond the call of duty! Everything was done in a caring and efficient manner and our son still has a broad grin on his face every time he sees his car!
I was so frustrated to find so called cheaper companies added on charges on the last page once you had spent time with the online order. I hate this practice so it was so good to deal with honest people who kept me in the loop either by phone or e-mail every step of the way. While working away I was looking late last week for a private number plate and came across this company- previous used another company for three others that I have procured BUT cannot praise this company's service enough. Made three late night enquires - website easy to follow and clearly demonstrates the number plates with costs By the morning I had received a phone call but due to the fact I was on site I asked if they could email costs plus extras for me to review which they did. By lunchtime I spoke with a young girl called Clare and was sorted. Straight forward payment - plates- transfer...
