Got there eventually plate now on car, i was waiting for the plate with the explanation it was a bank holiday monday, it was in scotland but not in wales=dvla or anywhere else in the uk.

I recently used national numbers to purchase these three number plates. One for a friend's 40th birthday, and the other two for my own cars. I have to say the service from National Numbers is simply stunning, nothing's too much trouble for them, and I was able to pick up some great plates at a competitive price! Really simple for somebody like me who had no clue about what to do. They gave pricing including the plates, asking me for the specification , then the documentation arrived from DVLA in a couple of days. Excellent service.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.
