When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I contacted the site twice by email with no response to try and sort out this mistake and then someone phoned me and sorted it all out within a few minutes.

Faultless from start to finish. Fantastic communication all the way through. Get help and advice (if you were unsure on the process) Transfer and new plate on our car same day we sent in our V5. Fantastic service - highly recommend

The person I spoke to was very helpful and even after I made a mistake they changed it for me with no problem, the only thing I didn?t like was the letter they sent with my certificate offering so fast track my registration in a day for £49 when I spoke to the DVLA they told me how to do it online and it took me about 2 mins to do myself for free which they must have known about

I was gonna pay 5k for the same plate! National Numbers got me a huge saving.
