I had problems with my V5 and they were very quick in getting in touch regarding this. Every time I e-mailed them with a query they were very quick in getting back to me. Overall would use them again. Only gave 4 stars as I had to contact DVLA myself a couple of times regarding the V5.

When I checked what I needed to do to sell my number plate I decided it was far too much hassle and decided against it. It took a while to sell the plate, but then I suppose that is the way of things, but the speed at which the transaction was completed was amazing. I got the documents emailed from them on the Friday, sent them back recorded delivery on the Saturday and the money was in my bank on the Monday. Truly amazing speed!
