While working away I was looking late last week for a private number plate and came across this company- previous used another company for three others that I have procured BUT cannot praise this company's service enough. Made three late night enquires - website easy to follow and clearly demonstrates the number plates with costs By the morning I had received a phone call but due to the fact I was on site I asked if they could email costs plus extras for me to review which they did. By lunchtime I spoke with a young girl called Clare and was sorted. Straight forward payment - plates- transfer... Made plates arrived next day few days later I received the cert to put on the new car. Clare was ?Brilliant? manner/explained and sorted. Customer service is amazing, was so easy to find and buy the perfect reg. My only issue is the fact that you have to buy a set of (very pricey) number plates, like this should be an option, also the plates themselves are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever seen, and for £50 they should be a lot better. Another thing is the transferring of the reg, I feel this should also be optional, I personally would?ve preferred to make contact with the dvla myself. This could just be me missing something on the website...? Other than those minor issues, absolutely perfect, and a pleasure to deal with.
