I am very pleased with the service, the overall experience was great, I am now the proud owner of my personal plate, however, I paid the extra for the acrylic number plates, which look great, they do everything I asked during the order process, but I am totally unhappy with the end result, I chose L100 PJN to be with my expectations, I got L100P JN , I am clearly going to have to buy replacements. The website is very easy to use I chose a plate and purchased it. The day after I found another plate that I preferred and telephoned them to see if I could change my order, they said they would try and help me, and they did I now have the plate I wanted. I received the paperwork within a week. They also offer other services in helping you to transfer the plate and arrange for the numbers plates to be printed as optional. Their service warrants a 5 star rating.

Kept me up to date, it only took just over one week to complete everything, they even made my new plate for me and posted it out. They sent all new information to dvla so i never had to do a thing.
