Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. One of the cheapest on the market who don't nail you for fees and unnecessary costs. Their customer service team kept me informed from start to finish and the whole process took no longer than two weeks. The only reason for the delay was because I was waiting for the log book from DVLA as I had just bought the car. Completely seamless and I highly highly recommend them! 100/100!!!!

A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.
