Very pleased with the number plate, easy website to use and great finance options. Lack of communication and instruction after purchase. Found the plates outside my door when I arrived home with no warning. Would recommend but suggest aftersales improvement. Thanks.

I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to. While working away I was looking late last week for a private number plate and came across this company- previous used another company for three others that I have procured BUT cannot praise this company's service enough. Made three late night enquires - website easy to follow and clearly demonstrates the number plates with costs By the morning I had received a phone call but due to the fact I was on site I asked if they could email costs plus extras for me to review which they did. By lunchtime I spoke with a young girl called Clare and was sorted. Straight forward payment - plates- transfer... Made plates arrived next day few days later I received the cert to put on the new car. Clare was ?Brilliant? manner/explained and sorted. Telephone conversation- no pushy spell which I cannot stand Excellent service - Proactive- Straight to the point- Delivery cannot fault
