Quick & easy purchase

Excellent choice and excellent service

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

ABSOLUTLY BRILLIANT, TO DEAL WITH,PAUL ON SALES WAS VERY HELPFULL IN EXPLAINING ALL THE DETAILS TO BUY THE SAID NUMBER PLATE, GWEN IN ADMIN SUPERB DID A FAST TRACK THE PLATE WAS READY FOR THE CAR IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES, WOULD DEFINATLEY USE NATIONAL NUMBERS AGAIN,, IN ALL IT TOOK JUST OVER 1 DAY TO COMPLETE MY ORDER!! I found this company was very reliable and very helpful with my purchase. It was quick and simple over the phone.

Process was incredibly easy. Exemplary after sales service. Debby kept me informed with multiple emails and answered several queries nigh on instantaneously and everything occurred as stated. Nice touch. Top tip though: if you're going to use the number plates supplied (in my case for a bike) make sure you request size of plate applicable. Mine was too large but this is in no way attributable to National Numbers. Thanks guys.
