Excellent customer service by Ryan. Was able to sort out a slight sizing mishap in a very professional and timely manner. Would happily recommend.

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

Excellent Company.. Everyone i spoke with was very helpful, within one week of purchasing the plate, the DVLA transfer was completed, the plates were on my vehicle & my new logbook was back ! Don?t go anywhere else for your plate CJ

The service i received was excellent and really great prices and no complaints at all and my partners actually going to get me 1 now from national numbers for my Christmas so thank you national numbers.

I dealt with Craig over the Phone during the auction. Clearly spoken over the phone and gave me a ring several minutes before the auction took place. Much appreciated, won the bid.
