Having never been in a position to own a personalised registration, I was looking for advice and guidance on the whole process. Dan was brilliant. Polite, patient and informative. I found National Numbers via an internet search and am so glad I did. I got the number I wanted at a reasonable price, but it didn't end there. I asked how long it would be likely to take to get sorted as I am going to Germany in a couple of weeks. They pulled out all the stops AND sorted out the right number plates for my ageing S-Type. Recommended, and a special thanks to Chantelle, the delightful lady on customer service.

I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?

Within 1 week I had sorted & picked out the Private Reg I required for my wifes birthday, i had ordered it and it had been registered and I even had the new plates on her car. Very impressed with the company and its service and I would highly recomend them to friends & relatives.

The website is very easy to use I chose a plate and purchased it. The day after I found another plate that I preferred and telephoned them to see if I could change my order, they said they would try and help me, and they did I now have the plate I wanted. I received the paperwork within a week. They also offer other services in helping you to transfer the plate and arrange for the numbers plates to be printed as optional. Their service warrants a 5 star rating.
