In a transaction where buyer/seller and intermediary never meet TRUST is an essential ingredient, and from the outset I felt confident that my sale was being professionally handled, and whoever I spoke to knew exactly what was happening and where we were in the process. Not always the cheapest but easy process and helpful staff

I first looked at the website to see if the number plate combination I wanted was avaialble. The system was easy to use and I had soon identified a suitable plate. As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. It's refreshing to deal with a company that delivers what it promises in such a friendly and efficient way

They arranged for a number plate which hadn't ever been issued, they arranged the plate to go into auction, all be it 6 months later due to the dvla not entering it, the plate went to auction which they bidded on my behalf and we won it.
