It is the first time that I have used such a service but, coincidentally two colleagues of mine were also buying private plates from different companies. Their experiences were far different to mine. They both had documents lost and are still ongoing. I began my process With National numbers much later and mine concluded very quickly. Couldn't have asked for better. They did everything for me in super fast time.
I had previously used Regtransfers to sell my numbers, however after some underhand tactics I changed to National Numbers. They sold my number relatively quickly compared to RT. The staff member called me and told me exactly how much I would clear, rather than trying to get me to accept an amount ridiculously far from the agreed figure like RT used to do. It was confirmed the same day that the number had sold. The only downside was the amount of time it took to receive payment, which was several weeks, and the fact they did not keep me informed of the delay - I had to chase them. Otherwise they would get 5 stars!

Very pleased and impressed with National Numbers service. I was purchasing a cherished plate. Dealt with Lenny and Dan in the sales team who were very responsive, always made themselves available and both kept me posted on progress of the transaction. NN approached me to see if I was still willing to sell the plate, that I had bought ages back with two others and did not really need so had put up for sale. As no one had come forward I thought I would use it, so I had, only a few months ago, put this on a vehicle. Nevertheless I was happy to sell at the price I had asked a year ago. So from that point of agreement to sell, it was straight forward. As stated within 2-3 weeks, timing reliant on the DVLA turning round the paperwork (and the DVLA being busy around 1st March with new registrations I guess) and issuing the replacement V5c, I have now received payment and I am a satisfied customer!
