The process of buying the number was smooth and efficient but it was not made clear that the £49.99 that was paid was not for national numbers to do the complete transfer.

Quick service when I made contact directly, but used a third party site initially that took a bit of time.

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. I recently purchased a registration plate through National Numbers. They had identified that the number was being offered at DVLA auction. They made contact with me, suggested an appropriate bid limit and managed the bidding process at the auction. I am delighted, having secured the number well within the pre-agreed bid limit. I doubt that I would have achieved such a great deal without their expertise.
