Absolutely wonderful to deal with. I was kept up to date at every stage and it was a very quick process from start to finish. All i did was send off my log book and everything else was handled buy the team. Can not praise their service enough that why they get 5 stars.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Cant fault them. Completed the transfer for me with no need to send documents. Number plates themselves took a little while to turn up but with the current global situation, that's no surprise. Great service!
