I got a call on Friday 17th July from Liam with an offer. I wanted a little bit more so Liam negotiated with the buyer. Initally my request for a number plate was overseen and not put into a DVLA auction. Three months later the plate was won @ the DVLA auction as promised. I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. Surprisingly simple and straight forward to sell my number plate. I was happy with the price, the process was exactly as described by the representative on the phone (and subsequent paperwork), and I received payment promptly. All together very good indeed.
