In a transaction where buyer/seller and intermediary never meet TRUST is an essential ingredient, and from the outset I felt confident that my sale was being professionally handled, and whoever I spoke to knew exactly what was happening and where we were in the process. Very helpful, could have done with actually receiving the number plate quicker but other than that no complaints.
