Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. The whole process is simple and quick, also if you select the fast track service you can have your plate on your car the same day as they process it via DVLA. Worth the extra!

As above my first experience sound advice smooth transaction

This was my first time using national numbers. They explained the buying process and in my case the timed auction procedures etc and took my deposit but then didn't send the auction documentation through. I called, it was sent and I returned the completed forms for the auction my plate was due in. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. When I called, they always answered and with the exception of the initial paperwork hiccup, everything went perfectly smoothly. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely.

I was on another site and paying to advertise. I came across National Numbers and they sorted the sale out so fast. It was paid into my bank account 2 weeks before expecting the money. This is simply the best site for selling or buying your number plate. 2 years on the market with others and just weeks with National Numbers and no time taken up with DVLA etc. 10 out of 10 all day long. On the phone they are superb.
