I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. I purchased a private Plate as a birthday present for my wife. Although it took time to get all sorted and had to chase the plates. The experience was 5 ***** National Numbers took care of everything from start to finish. I'd recommend them & when I can will certainly use national numbers for my own private Plate.
I dealt with Charlotte here, she is absoutley amazing! Stayed in contact with me all of the time, made sure it was always her I dealt with - came back to take my call just as she was leaving for the day! Explained everything brilliantly to me! So so so good! Would reccomend to anyone!
