I was given money to buy a private registration for my car, I thought this would be a long and difficult process. In a few days I received the perfect number plates,I sent my V5 form away and was advised that I could now put them on my car. The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.
